The hotel location was not good, access to train/metro take 16-19 walk. Price hotel night not include breakfast for which I have paid additional.

I would include more on customer service crew. The staff that checked me (didnt manage to catch his name) in were very nice to upgrade my room to executive. I can say his customer service were excellent. Moreover, Mr elvan help me out a lot by providing me tapes as I urgently need it for my deco. please give him a good appraisal as the way he approach me was excellent too. location is near many restaurants and the canal but not near the mrt metro . so you will need to take taxi if it rains . Staff seems friendly but helpless, very busy lobby during check in .
